Olivia Tom is proud to represent Hawaiʻi as Miss Hawaiʻi Teen USA 2026. A student, signed model, and lifelong hula dancer from Maui, Olivia is passionate about leadership, service, and inspiring young people to make positive choices.

As Miss Hawaiʻi Teen USA, Olivia is dedicated to partnering with Drive With Aloha to raise awareness about impaired driving among teens and encourage safer roads across Hawaiʻi. She believes in leading by example through authenticity, resilience, and consistent service to her community.

A Student Council Executive Board President, DECA competitor, and competitive hula dancer with Hālau Keʻala Kahinano O Puna, Olivia plans to study Business Management at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa before returning to Maui to mentor the next generation of keiki.

 

Through her reign, she hopes to empower young people to embrace their strengths, honor their culture, and lead with purpose.
